Promises

This is what we promise participants in the Mastery Foundation School for Leadership.

As a graduate of the School for Leadership:

• You will have the ability and power to consistently make a significant difference in the workability of the communities you serve, such that the people of those communities experience being cause in fulfilling their most profound concerns (those matters of fundamental interest or importance, what after all, really matters to them).
• You will be able to reliably access the kind of speaking and listening that generates a commitment to a new future for the communities you serve, the kind of future that wasn’t going to happen anyhow.
• When it comes to look like you can’t make a meaningful difference in the situation you are dealing with, and you experience a loss of vitality and a sense of resignation, you will have the tools and wherewithal to generate a new context in which new opportunities for effective action show up for you and the people you are serving.
• You will be able to effectively support others in developing these same leadership capacities for themselves.

As a participant in and graduate of the School for Leadership, you will be a member of an ongoing community of grassroots transformational leaders.
