Curriculum

The curriculum for the Mastery Foundation School for Leadership is constituted by seven leadership dialogues, each of which is a profound inquiry into the nature of, and access to, transformational grassroots leadership.

These dialogues are designed to provide powerful access to real leadership in action by transferring to participants a mastery of the distinctions we teach. Distinctions are ideas, models, and principles one creates for oneself (rather than accepting or merely understanding them) and which reorganize what one already knows and give one powerful access to new possibilities.

The curriculum is delivered over a three-year cycle that includes face-to-face classroom sessions and conferences, local study groups, field work on projects, conference calls, online work, individual coaching, and private study.
