Since 1983, the Mastery Foundation has existed to empower individuals and communities in their ministries, in the reconciliation and healing of divisions, and in creating new conversations and possibilities for the future, a future that would not otherwise happen.

In 2006, the Mastery Foundation began the process of developing the School for Leadership as a way of transferring our unique body of distinctions to the community and religious grassroots leaders we serve.

The School for Leadership is a living, adaptive structure that can both house and multiply the work and results begun by the founding generation of the Mastery Foundation, surpassing the difference already made through its transformational programs and networks of common commitment. The challenge is to do so in a way that is effective, affordable, and accessible.
