2008 Year of Enrollment
In November 2008, we will hold the first five-day meeting of the first class to enroll in the School for Leadership.
Participants are grassroots religious and community leaders who make a three year commitment to the School which includes one five-day meeting each year as well as regional meetings, conference calls, internet coaching, and work on your own leadership project.
We are currently designing the application process and form. If you are interested in applying, please let us know by emailing information@schoolforleadership.org
This is what we promise participants in the Mastery Foundation School for Leadership
As a graduate of the School for Leadership you will be able to:
- Consistently make a profound difference in the workability of the communities you serve, such that the people of those communities are cause in the matter of fulfilling their deepest concerns.
- Reliably access the kind of speaking and listening that can create a new future for the communities you serve, the kind of future that wasn’t going to happen anyhow.
- Powerfully generate and sustain your commitment and vitality while doing the work of leadership, even in difficult or seemingly impossible circumstances.
- Effectively support others in developing these same leadership capacities in themselves.
Leaders will have the opportunity to generate an ongoing community that practices grassroots transformational leadership.
