Building the School

To create and build the school, we first organized ourselves into communities we call Elements. Each Element is accountable for one area of the School and is convened by a Steward. The Stewards themselves are convened by Lucinda Hanover, the Steward of Stewards. We also distinguished the overall Framework of the Mastery Foundation to show how the School is related to our other programs and initiatives.
