People who meet the following criteria are welcome to join an Element at any time:

• You have participated in a basic Mastery Foundation program or are otherwise grounded in transformational work.
• You have demonstrated that you are fully committed to the intent of the School and the Mastery Foundation.
• You are aware of the commitments you are making and agree to actively participate for at least one year.
• You agree not to use material in for-profit work.

A person may change elements at any time, preferably at the end of a year.
